Your Squires license

Business

Squires is provided by Sam Madura. By accepting, you confirm that you may agree for the business named during activation.

You receive a non-exclusive license to use and customize the Squires setup package for that business's internal work. Your employees and contractors may use it for that business. You may back up your workspace and move it between your own devices and supported AI apps.

Do not share activation credentials, publish or redistribute the Squires setup package, sell or sublicense it, or use it to install Squires for another business without a separate license. Do not remove its license notice when making permitted copies. These restrictions apply to Squires' supplied materials, not to your own business information or work outputs.

You retain your business data, notes, and outputs. You may export them and use them with other tools. Squires claims no ownership of your business content. Your AI provider and any connected services have their own terms, permissions, and charges; this license does not include those services.

Squires may suspend activation and future package access for license misuse. Suspension does not remotely delete your workspace or business data. Installation access may expire; the license to use an already installed package does not expire merely because its activation code does. Updates and continued availability of third-party integrations are not guaranteed.

Squires is an early product. Review important outputs and external actions. No particular business result or compatibility with every app or service is promised. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Keep a copy of these terms with your workspace. Contact Sam through the invitation channel for activation recovery or license questions.
