What Squires keeps
When you request access, Squires stores your name, email, phone number, which version you asked for, and when you confirmed your email. Sam receives these in an email so he can review your request. Email codes are stored only as hashes and expire after ten minutes.
Before activation, your setup introduction stays in your browser tab, and in this browser profile only if you choose “Remember on this device.” Clearing the draft removes that copy.
When you accept the license, Squires stores your name, introduction, selected app, computer and input preference, tools, boundaries, the terms you accepted, and when. These prepare the package your AI retrieves. Don’t include passwords or private records.
To run access and support, Squires keeps hashed sign-in and activation credentials, expiry and revocation details, and a timeline of installation reports, including generic installer-error reports with no files or error text. Rate limiting uses a hashed request address. Your activation message is private; Squires never stores it as plain text.
After setup, your interview answers and records are handled by your AI provider and any services you connect. Squires doesn’t collect them or your dictated audio, and can’t see your computer. Wispr Flow, if you use it, is a separate service with its own privacy choices.
Records are kept to operate access and recovery. Email Sam to ask about or delete your records. Deleting a browser draft doesn’t delete an issued license.
